Refund Policy

1. General

White&Black strives to deliver high-quality services and client satisfaction. This policy describes the terms and procedure for refunds.

2. Refund Conditions

Full refund

A full refund may be available when:

  • We could not complete the order due to our fault
  • The order was cancelled before work started
  • The delivered site does not match agreed specifications due to our error

Partial refund

A partial refund may apply when:

  • The client cancels after work has started
  • Major changes are requested that were not agreed in advance
  • The client fails to provide required information on time

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not provided if:

  • The site was built and delivered to the client
  • The client changed requirements after project approval
  • Cancellation is due to the client’s change of plans
  • More than 30 days have passed since payment

4. Refund Procedure

To request a refund:

  2. Include your order number and reason for the refund
  3. Provide supporting evidence if required

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

5. Warranty Fixes

If technical errors or mismatches with agreed specifications are found, we provide free corrections during the warranty period (30 days from handover).
