  • After Work Begins: If you cancel after work has commenced, you will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including design work, materials ordered, and labor costs. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
  • During Installation: Cancellation during the installation phase will result in charges for all completed work, materials used, and any materials ordered that cannot be returned. Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining uncompleted work.

2.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a project in the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment or late payment as specified in the service agreement
  • Client fails to provide necessary information or access to the property
  • Unforeseen circumstances that make completion impossible or unsafe
  • Breach of contract by the client

In such cases, you will be charged only for work completed and materials used up to the cancellation date.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Design Services

Design services, including 3D visualizations and design plans, are custom-created for your specific project. Due to the personalized nature of these services:

  • Design fees are generally non-refundable once design work has been completed and delivered
  • If you cancel before design work begins, design fees may be refundable minus consultation costs
  • If you cancel after receiving design concepts but before final approval, a partial refund may be available based on work completed

3.2 Installation Services

For installation and construction services:

  • Deposits are typically non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced
  • Refunds for incomplete work will be calculated based on the percentage of work remaining
  • Materials that have been installed or customized cannot be returned or refunded
  • Unused materials may be eligible for return, subject to restocking fees and condition

3.3 Consultation Fees

Initial consultation fees are generally non-refundable, as they cover our time and expertise in evaluating your project and providing recommendations.

4. Refund Processing

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our contact information
  • We will review your request within 5-10 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • Processing fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount

5. Warranty and Guarantee

5.1 Workmanship Warranty

We provide a warranty on our workmanship as specified in your service agreement, typically covering defects in installation for a period of one year from completion. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in installation work
  • Issues arising from improper installation
  • Structural problems with installed elements

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues with plants or materials not installed by us
  • Changes made by the client or third parties

5.2 Plant Guarantee

We may offer a limited guarantee on plants installed as part of your project, typically for 90 days to one year, subject to proper care and maintenance. This guarantee is subject to the terms specified in your service agreement.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services or have concerns about charges:

  • Contact us immediately to discuss the issue
  • We will work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, you may pursue remedies as outlined in your service agreement
  • All disputes are subject to the governing law specified in our Terms of Service
