- Final Approval: You must approve the final design and materials before production begins.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- Deposits are required before production begins
- Final payment is due upon completion and before delivery
- We accept various payment methods as specified at the time of order
- Installment plans are available for qualifying orders, subject to credit approval
- Late payments may incur additional fees
Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation services are included in the order price for local deliveries. For deliveries outside our standard service area, additional charges may apply. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring access to the delivery location
- Removing obstacles that may impede delivery
- Being present at the scheduled delivery time
- Inspecting items upon delivery and reporting any damage immediately
Warranty
We provide a warranty on our custom furniture for defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period and coverage will be specified in your order agreement. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Damage caused by improper maintenance
- Modifications made by anyone other than our authorized personnel
Limitation of Liability
